  • Passion for cybersecurity and CTF competitions
  • Basic knowledge in at least one area: web security, cryptography, reverse engineering, binary exploitation, or forensics
  • Willingness to learn and improve your skills
  • Team player mentality and good communication skills
  • Ability to dedicate time for team practice sessions and competitions
  • Previous CTF experience is a plus but not required

What if I'm new to CTFs?

We regularly onboard passionate beginners. Show us curiosity, consistency and your willingness to learn with the team.

Do I need to be in the same city?

Most of our prep is remote-first. We sync in person for finals, hackathons and partner events.

How much time should I allocate?

Expect ~6-8 hours per week for study groups, scrims and content reviews during the ramp-up.

Can I contribute as a mentor?

Absolutely. If you are a senior practitioner, we have mentor lanes for labs and research.
