TRIADA (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a student-led cybersecurity collective based in India. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit triada.in, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Information you provide

When you use our contact form, register interest in joining TRIADA, or reach out via email, we may collect:

• Your name
• Email address
• Message content
• Institution or organisation name (if provided)

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider may log standard server data:

• IP address (anonymised where possible)
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent
• Referring URL

We do not currently run third-party analytics scripts or advertising trackers.

• Responding to enquiries submitted via the contact form
• Sending event information or updates you have requested
• Improving the website based on aggregate usage patterns
• Complying with legal obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for up to 12 months thereafter. Server logs are retained for 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

No social media tracking pixels or advertising networks are embedded on this site.
